The Role

We are seeking Hosts who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests at Coterie, an intimate lounge overlooking the Boston Public Garden.
The primary responsibility of this role is to warmly greet and seat guests, manage reservations, and respond to inquiries in a courteous, efficient, and professional manner—ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction while adhering to all Four Seasons policies.

Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is preferred. As Coterie operates during both lunch and dinner service, qualified candidates must be available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
