About Four Seasons Hotel Madrid:

The Role of Host/ess:

Four Seasons Hotel Madrid is looking for a host/ess to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for excellence and great enthusiasm in providing exceptional service standards. The main duties to perform are:

• Set up the host/hostess stand.
• Review the reservation book.
• Make recommendations as to the set-up of the restaurant.
• Welcome the guests at the restaurant.
• Take and handle reservations.
• Check emails and replay back.
• Check and handle the restaurant menus.
• Communicate with her colleagues and managers all the guests needs and requests.
• Handle restaurant floor plan.
• Inspect the cleanliness of each section of the dining room and the private dining room and make necessary improvements as well as check each table prior to opening to ensure its proper set.

We are looking for individuals that are highly motivated team players.

Our ideal candidate will have prior experience as a host/ess in a prestigious hotel or restaurant, and the ability to work under pressure and handle difficult situations. He or she will be friendly, outgoing, flexible personality and passion about providing high quality service. Must have the legal right to work in Spain and have fluency in English and Spanish.
