About the Job
Based at Mandarin Oriental, Geneva, within the Ottolenghi Department, the Host/ess is responsible to welcome customers who come to eat in a courteous and efficient manner and to optimise the restaurant’s activity by taking as many bookings as possible, either by telephone or in person, in accordance with established procedures. The Host/ess reports directly to the Restaurant Manager.
