About the location:

This beautiful grade II listed building and former HQ of the Port of London Authority has 100 rooms, 41 residential apartments of which 31 units are in a FS run transient rental program, a stunning ballroom which has hosted the inaugural Reception of the United Nations, 5 meeting rooms, a stunning destination spa with 6 treatment rooms, hammam, steam, sauna and swimming and vitality pool, and a fantastic Food and Beverage offering including La Dame de Pic (French cuisine, 2*Michelin Star), Mei Ume (Chinese/ Japanese cuisine) and Rotunda (all day dinning, afternoon tea & bar).
Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is looking for a Host/Hostess to join our Rotunda Bar & Lounge team!
About Rotunda Bar & Lounge in Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge:
Presiding at the heart of the Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge, Rotunda is a stylish and elegant venue set beneath an art deco domed ceiling, serving an all-day dining menu.
From 2pm to 5pm guests can indulge in our Heritage Afternoon Tea; inspired by the building’s rich history and connection to the tea trade route along the River Thames. Served on classic stands filled with finger sandwiches and seasonal sweet delicacies – not forgetting the essential homemade scones with seasonal jams and Devonshire clotted cream, this is a true afternoon treat.
In the evenings the Rotunda transforms into a relaxed, yet sophisticated cocktail bar, where Head Bartender Michele Lombardi creations take centre stage. Perfect for after work drinks, pre-dinner aperitivo or a nightcap, the bar offers an impressive menu of creative cocktails, refined classics and rare vintage spirits as well as delicious bar snacks.
The Host/Hostess role:
The Rotunda Host/Hostess is the guest’s first impression of the restaurant, with knowledge of menus, menu ingredients and guest preferences. The Host/Hostess will correctly greet and seat guests in Rotunda and to provide impeccable service at all times to guests in Rotunda Restaurant, Bar and Lounge. This individual will also be coordinating restaurant bookings, leading small party bookings and full buyouts and performing administrative tasks when not in service.
