Placed in the heart of the metropolis, Ibis and Adagio Doha is a multi-branded hotel complex offering 306 rooms and serviced apartments. Guests can choose between studios, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom apartments that offer great views of Doha’s old town. The responsibilities and essential job functions of the Hostess role include but are not limited to the following:

• Provides a friendly and personalized welcome for guests
•  Offers attentive service and adapts to any constraints guests may have
•  Heeds any remarks made by guests and ensures follow-up
•  Establishes good relations with guests, offering advice and fostering customer loyalty
•  Prepares the welcome desk and seat allocation.
• Takes the reservations and maintains reservation book
•  Welcomes guests and provides the best seats available
•  Cleans and tidies the restaurant and preparation after closing
•  Before every work shift, finds out about dish composition and any shortages
•  Organizes his/her work to suit business demands, events, and guest preferences
•  Ensures the equipment used remains in good condition.

Your experience and skills include:

• Good command of written and spoken English communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities are essentials.
• Having Hotel Restaurant experience is an advantage
• Guest oriented, service minded and attention to quality
• Detail oriented having good sales acumen
• Dynamic and presentable at all times
