Mondrian Abu Dhabi is poised to be a defining lifestyle destination in the region, and we’re looking for an exceptional Hotel Manager to join us during the pre-opening phase. As Hotel Manager, you will play a critical leadership role, working closely with the General Manager to bring the vision of Mondrian to life. From overseeing daily hotel operations to driving performance and culture across all departments, your influence will shape every part of the guest journey.
You’ll be at the heart of the action — leading teams, optimising processes, and ensuring every guest touchpoint reflects the creativity, flair, and sophistication Mondrian is known for.
How your day looks like:
- Lead the operational setup of the hotel in the pre-opening phase, including SOP development, team recruitment, training, and departmental coordination.
- Provide hands-on leadership and support across key operational departments including Rooms, Food & Beverage, Spa, Engineering, and Housekeeping.
- Collaborate closely with the General Manager to ensure all hotel activities align with brand strategy, guest experience goals, and commercial targets.
- Champion Mondrian’s brand values by ensuring a consistently high standard of service, design sensibility, and cultural programming.
- Act as a key stakeholder in guest engagement — visible, approachable, and invested in ensuring exceptional guest journeys.
- Monitor operational performance through key metrics and guest feedback, proactively addressing areas for improvement.
- Drive operational excellence through innovation, systems thinking, and an unrelenting focus on team empowerment.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, licensing, brand standards, and local regulations.
