• Coordinating the Housekeeping daily operations via allocating rooms to ambassadors.
• Answering calls from Guest Services, Housekeepers and supporting the Supervisors
• Receiving guest requests, allocating resources and problem-solving guest enquiries
• Use your high level of communication skills to liaise with the Executive Housekeeper and housekeeping team
• Execute vital administrative tasks for the efficient and smooth running of housekeeping department including logging lost property and engineering requests
• Create exceptional guest experiences by coordinating with Front Office to ensure rooms are immaculate, prepared with care, and ready on time for guests

What you will bring to the role:

• A passion for creating memorable guest experiences that exceed expectations
• Previous experience as a housekeeping coordinator/supervisor essential
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Commitment to delivering a 5-star service to guests
• Efficient time management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills & computer skills
• Background within a luxury hotel environment will be highly regarded
