Based at the Mandarin Oriental Palace, Luzern, within the Housekeeping department, the Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and service across all guest rooms and public areas. The Housekeeping Supervisor leads and supports the housekeeping team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and in line with brand standards. This position reports to the Executive Housekeeper.
