The Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire is a resort hotel in the countryside, just 10 minutes from the town of Fleet and Farnham and 45 minutes from London. About the role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to join our dedicated team. You will play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and presentation throughout the hotel. Leading by example, you will support and inspire our housekeeping team to deliver exceptional service and ensure that every guest enjoys a flawless stay.

What you will do

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations, ensuring guest rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
• Conduct inspections of rooms, corridors, and back-of-house areas, providing feedback and training where needed.
• Coordinate daily room assignments and workload for room attendants and housekeeping assistants.
• Support the Executive Housekeeper in managing inventory, stock control, and ordering of cleaning supplies and linen.
• Handle guest requests promptly and professionally, ensuring complete satisfaction.
• Train, motivate, and support team members to achieve departmental goals and uphold brand standards.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
