Job Description

 

We are currently seeking a Human Resources Executive join our vibrant team. As a Human Resources Executive, you infuse our vibrant HR team with a unique blend of enthusiasm, a solution-driven approach, and a genuine passion for fostering positive employee experiences and organizational growth.

  • Supports the smooth running of the Human Resources Department, where all areas of responsibility are managed and delivered to the highest levels.
  • Works as part of a team that maximizes the guest service and the team experience, delivering a positive and responsive approach to enquiries and problem resolution.
  • Takes responsibility for the duties and tasks assigned to the role, ensuring that all work is carried out in a timely and professional manner.
  • Delivers on departmental plans and objectives, where hotel initiatives & targets are achieved.
  • Collaborates with their immediate report, ensuring that costs and inventory are controlled, that productivity and performance levels are attained.
  • Builds and maintains effective working relationships whilst promoting the company culture and values.
  • Ensures adherence and compliance to all legislation where due diligence requirements and best practice activities are planned, delivered, and documented for internal and external audit, performing follow-up as required.

 

Qualifications

 

  • 1+ years of relevant experience in a Human Resources Role
  • Pro-active with a hands-on approach
  • Passion for the hospitality industry
  • Ability to manage work ensuring that tasks assigned are delivered
  • Ability to find creative solutions, offering recommendations
  • Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Good IT skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively at all levels within the department
  • An open and positive personality
  • Ability to handle challenging priorities and assignments
