Human Resources Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Employee Support: Act as a secondary contact for routine inquiries regarding hotel policies, payroll, and benefits, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.

• Recruitment & Onboarding: Help coordinate candidate screening, interview scheduling, background checks, and application tracking. Maintain job posting sites and prepare orientation materials for new hires.

• Employee Engagement: Coordinate preparations for employee orientations, training sessions, and morale events.

• Cross-Departmental Support: Assist other departments with daily administrative duties.

• General Administration: Answer incoming calls, support P&C office needs, and assist with special colleague functions or operational requests as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources or Administrative Support.

• Fluent in English (written and verbal).

• Proficiency with computer keyboards and property management/reservation systems.

• Ability to stand frequently behind front desk areas and lift or carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to maintain confidential information is critical.

The hourly pay rate for this role is $19.25
