JOB DESCRIPTION

A Human resources Intern is responsible for performing designated jobs and learning supportive functions in an assigned department in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

Classification: Temporary Intern

Shift: Various – must be available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Pay Rate: The pay rate for this position is $20 per hour and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.

What will I be doing?

As an Intern, you would be responsible for performing designated jobs and learning supportive functions in an assigned department in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Perform assigned duties as directed by department manager and direct supervisor
• Work in the learning department with administrative tasks
• Cross-train in additional departments, as needed
• Assist fellow team members and other departments wherever necessary to maintain positive working relationships
