• Supervision and Leadership: Lead and manage a team of hygiene staff, ensuring that all cleaning and hygiene tasks are performed to the highest standards. This includes training, scheduling, and performance management of team members.  
• Compliance and Standards: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations. This includes monitoring hygiene practices, conducting audits, and maintaining documentation to meet industry standards. 

• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to integrate hygiene best practices throughout the organization. This may involve collaborating with food safety teams, production staff, and management to ensure a clean and safe working environment.  
• Monitoring and Reporting: Track hygiene performance metrics and report on key performance indicators (KPIs). Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.  
• Training and Development: Provide training to staff on hygiene protocols and best practices. Ensure that all team members are knowledgeable about health and safety regulations and the importance of maintaining hygiene standards. 

Education: Bachelor’s degree from accredited university or college in Environmental Health or Culinary.

Related Work Experience: 2 to 4 years of related work experience.

Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
