About the location:

Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor, perched on the spectacular Formentor Peninsula and surrounded by panoramic views of the Mediterranean and the stunning landscape, first opened its doors in August 2024 following an extensive restoration and renovation of the historic property, originally inaugurated in 1929 on a vast private estate. After its successful debut, the resort will reopen to guests in March 2025, reaffirming its status as a unique destination of luxury and elegance on the island.

About the Role

The primary role of the Commis Waiter – Room Service is to deliver exceptional service to our guests in the comfort of their rooms. This position is responsible for the preparation, delivery, and collection of food and beverage orders, while ensuring the highest standards of service, efficiency, and discretion in accordance with Four Seasons standards.

What You Will Do

• Prepare, deliver, and retrieve Room Service orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Set up trays or trolleys with attention to detail, ensuring presentation meets brand standards.
• Assist in the preparation of food and beverage orders when necessary.
• Be thoroughly familiar with the in-room dining menu and make recommendations to guests.
• Ensure guest orders are complete, accurate, and delivered at the correct temperature.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to any requests or concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Room Service pantry, trolleys, and work areas.
• Record and communicate guest preferences and special requests to enhance future experiences.
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen, housekeeping, and front desk to ensure seamless guest service.
• Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and guest confidentiality.
• Support supervisors and managers with tasks as required.
