The Role of In Room Dining Coordinator:

The Four Seasons Hotel Madrid is looking for in room dining coordinators to join our team. This position is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. The responsibilities for the position include:

• Describe and ensure quality of all food items, ingredients and preparation methods.
• Communicate guest orders including any special needs or requests to the kitchen and coordinates delivery of items to the guest rooms by In-Room dining Servers.
• Properly and accurately close guest checks; record guest charges and gratuities.
• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
• Must be able to efficiently take food and beverage orders and convey those to the kitchen in detail.
• Should also be able to understand food allergies and simple beverage concepts.

The ideal candidate will have prior Food & Beverage experience in a similar role and in a luxury resort/hotel setting. He or she must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Our Ideal In Room Dining coordinator will have a flexible schedule with the ability to work morning/afternoon shifts, weekends, and holidays as business requires.

Must have the legal right to work in Spain and have fluency in English and Spanish.
