An Order Taker is responsible for answering telephones and taking guest food and beverage orders in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

As an In-Room Dining Order Taker, you will be responsible for answering telephones and taking guest food and beverage orders, playing a key role in ensuring that every guest’s in-room dining experience reflects the luxury and excellence we strive for as we work toward achieving Forbes 5-Star recognition. This role requires delivering personalized service with a focus on attention to detail, anticipating guest needs, and ensuring every aspect of the order process is executed flawlessly.
