We’re Hiring!

Come join our Four Seasons Family! We are hiring for an In-Room Dining Server to assist with our PM afternoon/evening shift. Be the expert that brings the luxury dining experience to the guest rooms.

The Position/Role

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Napa Valley is seeking candidates with food and beverage experience. We are looking for a In-Room Dining Server who has evening availability. This person will bring the dining experience to the guest’s room. They will provide attentive, exceptional, and anticipatory service, be knowledgeable of the menu and preparation methods, and attend to guest needs and requests with a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Check completed kitchen orders with the order taker or guest’s original order and deliver food orders including any special needs or requests to the guest in-room.
• Transport items to the guestroom in a timely manner while ensuring proper food quality using a Resort golf cart.
• Greet guests by name, describe selected items to the guest using interesting, and vivid descriptions of each item, origin, taste, and preparation methods; communicate options for removal of trays and dishware; respond to request for tray removal according to established time standards.
