Join Our Team
The In-Room Dining Server is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. The In-Room Dining team provides a wide selection of food and beverage options delivered to the comfort of guests’ rooms around the clock. The In-Room Dining Server offers guests an enjoyable and expertly served dining experience while conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence, food quality, professionalism and friendliness equal to that of the finest restaurant in the city.
We are looking for an individual who poses an affinity for guest service! Candidates must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills. This position involves a large volume of guest contact and excellent communication skills are required.
The ideal candidate will have solid food and wine knowledge, a strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask. A minimum of one year of In-Room Dining serving experience in a luxury hotel setting is required. Applicants must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work overnight shifts, weekends and holidays.
