Internship Concierge

asa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel belonging to Marriott International, is currently recruiting a Concierge Intern to join a team made of modern and authentic hospitality professionals in the newest luxury lifestyle hotel in Milan.

Reporting to Lead Concierge, the role will be a point of reference for all guests’ inquiries, special arrangements, services requests..

• This is full-time position, 5 days a week with 2 days off.
• The starting date is estimated in July.

Objectives and internship activities:
The aim of the internship, in addition to an initial induction and orientation phase within the company, includes the following activities, which the intern will carry out alongside the Tutor and gradually with increasing autonomy:

In particular, the Concierge Intern will focus on:

• Learn how to be the first point of contact between guests, the hotel team and external suppliers.
• Assist the Concierge Team in responding (in-person, over the phone, or by email) to all guest inquiries, special arrangements, services requests (e.g., transportation, reservations, dry cleaning) and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Discover how to coordinate travel plans, special occasions, create unique experience and suggest exclusive addresses to guests liaising with external and internal suppliers, according to guests’ hints and preferences.
• Make each guest feel welcomed and valued, anticipate guests’ needs and create unforgettable experiences for them.
• Help to respond guest chats, create, monitor and close cases using the appropriate Marriott tool.
• Hidden Tips: Maintain a strong knowledge about local areas, ongoing events happening, exclusive experiences, special suppliers and constantly update guests and the team.
• Record and manage guests’ requests in the internal CRM Alice.
