As our IT Manager, you will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure that technology solutions align with the hotel’s objectives, providing a robust, secure, and efficient IT environment. Additionally, this role will involve proactive troubleshooting, optimising system performance, and implementing upgrades to enhance both guest and staff experiences, ensuring the hotel’s technology infrastructure supports our commitment to delivering luxury service.

What you will do

• Collaborate with the pre-opening project team to define and implement the hotel’s IT strategy and infrastructure;
• Assist in planning, procuring, and installing all hardware, software, and network systems required for a fully operational Hotel, Spa, Outlets, and Offices;
• Establish IT policies, procedures, and security protocols in alignment with Sofitel standards;
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and successful system deployments;
• Conduct system tests, troubleshooting, and quality assurance prior to the hotel opening;
