Con base en Mandarin Oriental Ritz, Madrid, dentro del departamento de Food & Beverage / Pastelería en Madrid, el/la Junior Sous Chef de Pastelería apoyará al Pastry Chef en la organización, coordinación y supervisión de las operaciones diarias de pastelería, asegurando los más altos estándares de calidad, presentación, consistencia, seguridad alimentaria y satisfacción del cliente.
Esta posición reporta al Pastry Chef y, en su ausencia, al Executive Chef, Director of Food & Beverage o Assistant Director of Food & Beverage.
Además, contribuirá al desarrollo del equipo, la excelencia operativa y el control eficiente de los recursos del área de pastelería.
Como Junior Sous Chef de Pastelería, serás responsable de:
• Apoyar al Pastry Chef en la gestión y supervisión diaria de las operaciones de pastelería.
