Step into a pivotal culinary leadership role as a Junior Sous Chef in Banquets, where grand events meet refined execution. In this hands-on position, you will oversee the daily operations of the Banquets kitchen, ensuring seamless preparation and execution across all events. Working closely with the Director of Culinary and Senior Chefs, you will assist in production preparation, and stock control, ensuring operational readiness for each function. You will confidently lead shifts, execute dishes to specification, and maintain exceptional culinary standards in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
