Rooted in a farm-to-fork philosophy, our cuisine celebrates ingredients sourced within a 50-mile radius, working closely with local farmers, fishermen, and artisans. Supported by a modern, state-of-the-art kitchen and a bountiful garden of herbs and vegetables, you’ll craft seasonal menus that tell the story of our island with elegance, creativity, and purpose.
We are looking for a culinary leader with proven experience in Michelin-starred restaurants, World’s 50 Best establishments, or Relais & Châteaux properties — someone who values craftsmanship, mentorship, and the integrity of each ingredient.
