Job summary

Kitchen Stewards are responsible for maintaining high levels of cleanliness and organisation within a restaurant’s kitchen. We are looking for a steward who will work well within a dynamic and fast paced kitchen, handling the preparation and order of service.

SPECIFIC DUTIES

To ensure that all equipment for shift operations (including china, cutlery, pot wash and glass wash) are in compliance with all Food & Beverage policies, standards and procedures.
