We are seeking a motivated culinary leader who’s ready to grow into the next step of their hospitality career. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 1 year experience in a lead or supervisor role, preferably within a hotel banquet department. They will be able to work independently, communicates effectively between the chef team and banquet staff, stay organized under pressure, and bring a positive, solutions‑focused mindset to every event.
What will I be doing?
As a Lead Banquet Cook, you would be responsible for supporting the banquet team, preparing food items in accordance with recipes and established standards in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
