This role is about more than taking orders – it’s about setting the tone for a truly luxurious in-room dining experience while leading the standard for others to follow. As Lead In-Room Dining Server, you are the voice, guide, and first point of contact for every guest, while also acting as a key quality control presence within the team. You ensure every interaction, order, and delivery reflects precision, consistency, and the highest level of service.

Contract Type: Full-Time
Pay Rate: $17 per hour

Key Responsibilities 

Guest Experience & Engagement 

• Receive and manage In-Room Dining (IRD) orders with professionalism, warmth, and precision
• Guide guests through menus, offering thoughtful recommendations and pairings
• Translate guest needs into well-paced, accurate service execution
• Communicate VIPs, dietary restrictions, and special requests to kitchen and beverage teams
• Support curated breakfast journeys, elevated private dining, and luxury add-ons

Leadership & Mentorship 

• Act as a quality control checkpoint before orders are dispatched
• Support training and mentoring of IRD Servers
• Maintain composure, clarity, and consistency during high-volume periods

Operational Excellence 

• Coordinate closely with kitchen and beverage teams to ensure smooth order flow
• Ensure timing, accuracy, and presentation standards are met for every in-room delivery
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of IRD order-taking stations
