The ideal Lead Pantry Cook candidate will have previous in fast‑paced banquet environments, ensuring all cold‑food items, displays, and pantry stations are prepared accurately and beautifully. This individual demonstrates leadership by coordinating team workflows, maintaining impeccable sanitation standards, and communicating effectively with chefs, banquet staff, and fellow cooks. Reliability, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure are essential for success in this role.
What will I be doing?
As a Lead Pantry Cook, you would be responsible for assisting and preparing food for the kitchen team in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
