Learning & development Manager

 

Relevant de la Directrice Talent & Culture, Le Learning & Development Manager conçoit, déploie et évalue la stratégie de formation en cohérence avec les objectifs de performance de l’hôtel et les standards de la marque. Il veille à développer les compétences individuelles et collectives des Heartists pour soutenir l’excellence opérationnelle et la culture Fairmont la Marina Rabat-Salé.

Responsabilités principales :

Stratégie de formation :

  • Élaborer le plan de formation annuel en lien avec les besoins des départements.
  • Définir les priorités d’apprentissage (onboarding, techniques, soft skills, management…).
  • S’assurer de la conformité avec la politique T&C du groupe et les obligations légales locales.

Déploiement des programmes :

  • Organiser et animer les formations internes (présentiel, blended learning, e-learning…).
  • Piloter les parcours d’intégration (Onboarding, Immersion Marque, Culture Groupe…).
  • Collaborer avec les départements pour les formations « On-the-job » et les briefings pédagogiques.

Suivi & évaluation :

  • Assurer le suivi des présences et des évaluations post-formation.
  • Mesurer les impacts sur les performances opérationnelles (KPI, feedbacks, audits qualité…).
  • Préparer les reportings mensuels et bilans annuels de formation.

Partenariats & animation de la culture d’apprentissage :

  • Sélectionner et coordonner les intervenants externes / organismes agréés.
  • Former et accompagner les formateurs internes.
  • Favoriser une dynamique d’apprentissage continue sur le terrain

Recrutement & Marque Employeur (Talent Acquisition)

  • Définir les besoins en collaboration avec les managers opérationnels.
  • Élaborer un plan de sourcing dynamique par poste / saison / métier.
  • Rédiger et publier les annonces (internes & externes).
  • Maintenir et actualiser les viviers de candidats.
  • Participer aux actions de promotion Talent & Culture : forums, écoles, événements recrutement.
  • Gérer le processus de recrutement de A à Z : tri des candidatures, entretiens, tests, feedbacks.
  • Assurer une expérience candidat fluide et qualitative.
