Lifeguard

• To supervise the security and safety of the public ensuring their enjoyment in pool area and carry out rescues as required.
• Responsible for the Fitness Centre operation of all exercise equipment within the section.
• To assist the Duty Manager in the preparation and activities of Open Air Pool in a professional manner to ensure a high quality of service is provided to pool users and visitors.
• To maintain the facility to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene at all times.
• Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and in excellent working order at all times.
• To establish good public relation with all users of the facilities of the Fitness Centre.
• To attend any training required, both technical and practical in operating the equipment and being able to get the maximum out of all equipment located within the Fitness Centre.
• To be familiar with all equipment within the Fitness Centre.
• To introduce all activities and facilities of the Fitness Centre to its patrons.

To ensure that at all times staff working within the Centre are neat, in the correct attire and ready to perform their utmost at all times

Certification in Life Saving Course is a must

Minimum qualification 12th
