Manager, Front Office

Description:

• To supervise operations in Front Office to consistently and profitably deliver a high quality guest experience in accordance with established standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Hotel Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Front Office operations within the hotel industry including experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team and handle issues effectively.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Knowledge of hotel systems such as PMS (Property Management System) Opera or similar platforms.
• Understanding of Revenue Management principles.
• Detail-oriented honest and highly responsible.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain flexibility in working hours.
• Well-presented with good interpersonal skills and a strong service-oriented mindset.
