Manager, Learning & Development

Description:

  • Responsible primarily for planning
  • organising and controlling the activities of training functions including formulating of policies
  • identification of objectives and achievement of goals set forth by the management in relation to employment
  • learning and development
  • labour relations and Team Member relations. Implementation of corporate Learning & Development policies
  • procedures
  • rules and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • 28-40 Years of Age
    -Bachelor Degree in related field
    -Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a Similar Role
    -Pre-opening experience would be advantaged
