As a Manager, Learning Technology, you will partner with our business leaders to attract, retain, and develop Hilton’s most important asset, our Team Members. On the HR Technology & Innovation Team reporting to the Director, HR Talent Technology, you will help drive the technical direction and evolution of Hilton’s enterprise learning ecosystem. Partnering closely across HR and Technology functions, this role will support the implementation, governance, and ongoing platform optimization of Hilton’s learning management system (LMS). You will work with members of the Learning Technology Team and key business partners to drive key technical capabilities, including API-based integrations with external vendors and enterprise HR systems, to deliver a connected digital Team Member experience and operational efficiency at scale.
