Description:

• Optimize the business mix pricing strategies and average spend per guest.
• Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service teams to deliver a seamless and efficient dining experience.
• Maintain high standards of food quality service excellence and brand consistency.
• Train mentor and develop service team members to meet and exceed restaurant standards.
• Take ownership of restaurant performance including revenue cost control and operational efficiency.
• Monitor guest feedback and lead service recovery to continuously enhance guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with the Head Chef and management team to develop promotions events and guest experiences that drive business growth.
• Actively build relationships with guests and contribute to positioning Prego as a key dining destination at Don Mueang Bangkok.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards hygiene safety and quality assurance requirements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in manager restaurant within a high-volume operation.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate inspire and manage a diverse team.
• Commercially minded with a solid understanding of revenue drivers and business performance.
• Strong operational and organizational skills with a guest-focused mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proactive hands-on approach with a strong sense of ownership.
• Fluency in English.
