We’re looking for an inspired, forward-thinking digital marketing professional to help define the rebirth of an icon. Following a $550 million transformation, Fairmont Southampton is preparing to reintroduce itself to the world—elevated and reimagined. As Marketing & Communications Manager, you’ll be at the creative heart of this journey. From concept to execution, you’ll shape our visual identity, craft compelling content, and bring the resort’s luxury positioning to life through digital storytelling. What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and execute creative marketing and communications strategies across the resort, promoting all aspects—from accommodations and dining to spa, golf, and recruitment—with a focus on driving revenue, increasing online bookings, website traffic, and social media engagement (e.g., follower growth, engagement rates).
• Design visually elevated promotional materials and branded digital assets that reflect the resort’s luxury positioning and timeless elegance.
• Create and manage content calendars across key digital platforms including the resort website, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok (as applicable), and relevant travel and booking websites.
