As a Marketing Coordinator at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, we expect from you:

• Support the Marketing Manager in the planning, coordination and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across brand, rooms, F&B, Spa and experiences.
• Support the planning and execution of photoshoots and video shoots, including coordination, preparation and on-site assistance where required.
• Support the overall Sales & Marketing function, working collaboratively with the Sales, Events and Marketing teams to deliver aligned commercial and brand objectives.
• Liaise with internal departments (F&B, Spa, Rooms, Events, Concierge) to gather content, updates and marketing information.
• Assist with the creation and adaptation of marketing assets, including paid media visuals, social content, email assets and in-house collateral.

To be a successful Marketing Coordinator candidate, you will have strong organisational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail. You will showcase excellent communication and have a strong copywriting, editorial and storytelling capability.

Ideal candidates will have proven experience within luxury hospitality, luxury travel, fashion, lifestyle or cultural brands and experience in leading shoots, managing creators and coordinating content production
