We’re searching for a creative and proactive Marketing Manager to join our vibrant team 🌟and drive our marketing and PR efforts. If you’re passionate about media relations, event planning 🎉, and supporting our F&B and sales teams 📈, this 360° role is perfect for you!

Develop the exposure of Mama Shelter brand 🌞 

• By receiving brand guidelines from HQ, you create your local marketing strategy 🧠 to promote Mama Shelter Lake Como as the must-visit lively and cultural venue.

• Create and update in-house communication materials (posters, menus, flyers, collaterals, etc.).

Reporting & Coordination 🤝 

• Track and analyse 🎯 the impact of your marketing actions (social media performance, PR coverage, event results).

• Align with the central Brand team to ensure a one consistent voice across the world.
