Starting Rate: $26.20

We recognize tenure through our compensation. Hourly rates increase after six months, and yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $27.20.

Compensation can reflect $70+ per hour while massage services are being performed. 

Job Duties Include:
Reporting to the Spa Treatment Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Provide professional, engaging, and friendly service, ensuring each guest receives a personalized and memorable experience.
• Perform 30, 45, 60, 90, and 120-minute massage and body treatments, in accordance with current certifications and training.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe treatment area, ensuring equipment is in proper working order and supplies (e.g., oils, towels, linens) are well-stocked.
• Stay current with all required certifications, including professional licenses, CPR, and First Aid, and actively participate in ongoing training and development.
• Educate guests on recommended homecare and retail products, and support spa operations by assisting with additional tasks as required.

Your Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited 2200-hour massage program
• Registered within province of Alberta prior to beginning employment
• Previous experience in a Spa preferred
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
• Constant standing/walking throughout shift and must be able to lift and carry 20+ lbs
