· Professionelle und herzliche Betreuung der Gäste während der Nacht
· Annahme von Reservationen
· Gästekorrespondenz
· Gewissenhafte Kassenführung
· Korrekte Umsatzerfassung
· Erstellung der Tagesabschlüsse
· Einhaltung der Accor Standards
· Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Hotellerie
· mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in ähnlicher Position
· Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse zwingend notwendig
· Begeisterungsfähigkeit und Leidenschaft für den Beruf
· Zuverlässigkeit und exakte Arbeitsweise
· Selbstständigkeit sowie ein freundliches Auftreten
· MS Office Kenntnisse
