Then join us as Night Audit Agent (m/f/d) and take responsibility for our guests and operations during the night shift. Two brands – endless possibilities!

Your key responsibilities include:

• Handle guest check-in and check-out 
• Prepare reports and statistics 
• Perform daily closing and pre-accounting tasks
• Advise and assist guests with all inquiries
• Contribute to departmental goals 
• Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally

Be able.

• Experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar guest-facing role
• Hotel management training is a plus
• Strong communication skills in German and English; additional languages are a plus
• Confident working with Opera and comfortable using computers
• Resilient, responsible, and a team player
• Eager to grow and learn
