Night Guest Service Agent

Located in the heart of Canada’s capital next door to the Parliament Buildings, the landmark Fairmont Chateau Laurier hotel in Ottawa is looking to fill a role of Night Guest Service Agent (Full-Time).

Reporting to the Night Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Greet, check-in, respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service
• Provide guests with a superior first and last impression of the hotel
• Maintain presence in the lobby as an ambassador of the property and brand, offering exceptional service to the guests
• Consistently offer professional, engaging and friendly service to our guests
• Handle guest requests effectively and promptly
• Take initiative to add a personalized experience and proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay
• Generate reports and perform hotel and valet audits
• Complete night audit tasks as assigned
