Leadership Opportunity | Operations Manager | Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh
At Leisure Hotels Group, we are seeking an accomplished Operations Manager to lead hotel operations at our property in Dharamshala.
Requirements:
• 10–12 years of experience in the hospitality industry
• A strong Front Office background with exposure to overall hotel operations
• Prior work experience in the Himachal Pradesh region
• In-depth understanding of local market dynamics and guest expectations
• Preference will be given to local candidates from Himachal Pradesh
• He/she will lead and oversee end-to-end hotel operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Drive guest satisfaction, quality assurance, and brand standards across all operational touchpoints.
• Build, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
