Votre rôle :
Premier point de contact du Room Service, vous incarnez la voix et l’attention du Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat, A Four Seasons Hotel, auprès de nos clients.
En lien étroit avec les équipes de service et de cuisine, vous veillez à ce que chaque commande soit prise, transmise et suivie avec précision, tout en garantissant une expérience fluide, personnalisée et mémorable.
