Oriental Lounge Assistant Manager

As a Oriental Lounge Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties: 

• Take full responsibility of Lounge Floor’s operations
• To be stationed at the Oriental Lounge at all time
• Ensure Legendary Quality Experiences standards are maintain and upkeep with constant training, spot checks and guidance
• To perform duties as and when assigned by the Lounge Floor Manager
• To work closely with Front Office Assistant Manager for any irregularity and incidents
• Ensure Lounge Floor’s information is share with all colleagues at all time
• Monitor reservation / house status of Lounge Floor
• Fully complied and implement Yield Management of Lounge Floor
• To monitor next day’s Lounge Floor VIP arrival, action accordingly to ensure smooth preparation of guest arrival

As a Oriental Lounge Assistant Manager, we expect from you: 

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, hotel management, tourism, business administration or related field
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a 5 star luxury hotel, executive lounge, club lounge, front office, food & beverage or guest relations department
• Fluent spoken and written English & Mandarin Chinese proficiency required
• Service-oriented with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences
