Job Mission : Reporting directly to the F&B Manager, the Outlet Manager of the Nervio restaurant is responsible for the comprehensive management of the outlet, ensuring an excellent dining experience in accordance with Meliá Hotels International standards. They also provide direct support to the Food & Beverage Manager in the operational management of the hotel and all outlets, contributing to process optimization, financial results, and service quality.

What will he have to do?

  • Manage the daily operations of the Nervio restaurant.
  • Ensure compliance with the service and quality standards of Meliá Hotels International.
  • Lead, coordinate and motivate the outlet team.
  • Organize shifts, schedules and staffing needs.
  • Control costs, inventories and orders.
  • Analyze sales, productivity, and results of the outlet.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene and health regulations (HACCP).
  • Guarantee an excellent customer experience and service.
  • Manage incidents, complaints, and special requests.
  • Support the Food & Beverage Manager in the operational management of the hotel.
  • Collaborate in the supervision of all F&B points of sale.
  • Substitute for the Food & Beverage Manager in their absence when necessary.
  • Support the organization of events, banquets and special services.
  • Participate in the implementation of procedures and improvement plans.
  • Collaborate in commercial actions, promotions and development of the gastronomic offer.

What are we looking for?

  • University degree, preferably in Tourism, Hospitality or similar.
  • Fluency in the local language and advanced English, third language is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the kitchen area.
  • Knowledge and handling of REVO and POS systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations.
  • Teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong focus on service and customer experience.
  • Focus on quality, professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Global and strategic vision of the business.
  • Communication, influence, and leadership skills.
  • Creativity and innovation applied to continuous improvement.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a Restaurant Manager or in similar positions with team management.
