Description

We are seeking an Outlet Captain with a strong service orientation, leadership skills, and a focus on operational excellence. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the daily service of the assigned outlet (restaurant, bar, or food and beverage area), ensuring an exceptional guest experience aligned with Meliá Hotels’ quality and service standards.

The Outlet Captain will act as a liaison between the service team and supervision/management, ensuring the proper functioning of operations, compliance with procedures, and a professional, collaborative, and customer-oriented work environment .

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Outlet Captain, Restaurant Captain, Food & Beverage Supervisor or similar position in high-end hotels or restaurants.
• Knowledge of service standards , customer service protocol and complaint handling.
• Leadership, communication and teamwork skills .
• Ability to coordinate shifts, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with operating procedures .
• Basic knowledge of food and beverages , pairings and service presentation.
• Mastery of hygiene, safety and food handling standards .
• Attention to detail and a strong focus on guest satisfaction .
• Basic computer skills and POS systems (desirable).
• Ability to work under pressure and resolve operational situations in real time.
• Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends and holidays .
