• Engages with daily operations of outlet services such as but not limited to effectively handling customer concerns, implements standards of service for guests, and maintaining cleanliness and condition of work areas.
• Coordinates seating, flips tables, escorts guests to their tables, and works closely with servers and bus persons to provide assistance.
• Organizes outlet reservations and provides prompt, courteous and efficient food and beverage service.

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred.
• Minimum one (1) year of experience in luxury hospitality or customer service environments.
• Exceptional communication and organizational abilities with proven capacity to manage multiple priorities while collaborating effectively within a team setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and restaurant reservation software systems.
