MISSION:   To be responsible for the restaurants in a specific area or time slot of the hotel, ensuring that the service and operation meet the standards of the chain and customer satisfaction.

FUNCTIONS:

• Inventory control and management: Supervise and ensure daily and monthly inventory procedures for items such as tableware, glassware, cutlery, centerpieces, and decorative items.
• Maintenance and cleaning: Ensure that preventive maintenance, deep cleaning and operation of machinery in the bar and restaurant area are carried out correctly.
• Cost and results management: Manage the costs allocated to the sector, meeting the revenue targets of the consumption center under your responsibility and practice up-selling when possible.
• Menu and promotion status: Facilitate and review the status of menus, liquor lists, wine lists and promotions in the area to ensure they are up-to-date and aligned with standards and expectations.
• Technical supervision: Supervise that performance tests are carried out on machines and equipment (e.g., dosing machines, beverage equipment, concentrates, etc.) for efficient service.
