This beautiful grade II listed building and former HQ of the Port of London Authority has 100 rooms, 41 residential apartments of which 31 units are in a FS run transient rental program, a stunning ballroom which has hosted the inaugural Reception of the United Nations, 5 meeting rooms, a stunning destination spa with 8 treatment rooms, hammam, steam, sauna and swimming and vitality pool, and a fantastic Food and Beverage offering including Mei Ume (Chinese/ Japanese cuisine) and Rotunda (all day dining, afternoon tea & bar).

Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is looking for a Overnight In-Room Dining Server (20 hours contract) to join our In-Room Dining team.

As an Overnight In-Room Dining Server, you will be a key part of our Food & Beverage team, delivering world-class service directly to our guests’ rooms. From late-night comforts to early-morning breakfasts, you’ll ensure every dining experience is personalised, seamless, and reflective of Four Seasons’ reputation for excellence.

What you will do:

• Deliver in-room dining orders with warmth, efficiency, and impeccable presentation
• Ensure guest requests are met promptly and professionally, going above and beyond to create memorable moments
• Maintain knowledge of the menu, wine list, and daily specials to confidently make recommendations
• Set up and clear trays/trolleys with attention to detail and care
• Follow all food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring a clean and organised service area
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure smooth operations throughout the night

What you bring:

• Previous experience in Food & Beverage, ideally in luxury hotels or fine dining
• Strong personal presentation and communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• A genuine passion for food, wine, and exceptional guest service
• Previous pre-opening experience is an advantage but not essential
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts
