Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Part Time Cook for our Cold Kitchen in Mai Khao, Thailand. Join our culinary team and contribute to creating delicious cold dishes and salads for our guests.

  • Prepare a variety of cold dishes, including salads, appetizers, and desserts
  • Follow recipes and portion controls to ensure consistency and quality
  • Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service
  • Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
  • Contribute to menu development and suggest new cold dish ideas
  • Ensure proper food storage and labeling
  • Adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks efficiently

Qualifications

  • Thai Nationality Only
  • Proven experience as a cold kitchen cook or in a similar role
  • Strong knife skills and food preparation techniques
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Team player with strong communication abilities
  • Food Safety Certification (required)
  • Culinary degree or diploma (preferred)
  • Proficiency in preparing various cold dishes and salads
  • Understanding of flavor profiles and ingredient pairings
  • Familiarity with Thai cuisine and local ingredients (preferred)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
