Four Seasons Hotel Casa Medina Bogotá está buscando un Cocinero 1 que comparta una pasión por la excelencia y que infunden entusiasmo en todo lo que hacen. Nuestros cocineros tienen la oportunidad de dar forma a nuestra experiencia del huésped. Esta posición reporta al Sous Chef y requiere permiso de trabajo Colombiano.

 

Funciones:

  • Prepara los alimentos de acuerdo con los pedidos de restaurante y eventos de calidad constante, siguiendo las de recetas, así como los estándares de producción, porción y presentación.
  • Asegura la producción de desayunos diaria garantizando el cumplimiento de estándares de calidad
  • Prepara los alimentos con anticipación, asegurándose de no preparar más allá de las necesidades estimadas.
  • Opera, mantiene y limpia adecuadamente el equipo de cocina, incluida la freidora, el asador, la estufa, el vaporizador, el procesador de alimentos, el mezclador, la cortadora, el horno, el hervidor de agua inclinable, la plancha de gofres y la parrilla plana.
  • Pone fecha a todos los recipientes de alimentos y gire según las políticas, asegurándose de que todos los productos perecederos se mantengan a temperaturas adecuadas.
  • Determina la preparación necesaria, el congelador y la configuración de la línea; anota cualquier artículo agotado o posible escasez; devuelve todos los alimentos no utilizados a las áreas de almacenamiento designadas, asegurándose de cubrir / fechar todos los productos perecederos.
  • Ayuda a establecer planes y acciones para corregir cualquier problema de costos de alimentos; controlar el desperdicio, la pérdida y el uso de alimentos según las políticas.}
  • Trabajar de manera organizada y pulcra cumpliendo todas las BPM
  • Supervisar y asegurar que todos los Cook cumplan las funciones asignadas supervisando los procesos para garantizar la calidad
  • Realizar actividades operativas y de supervisión, y/o proyectos especiales que establezcan sus jefes directos.
  • Trabajar armónicamente con los compañeros de trabajo.
  • Y en general todas aquellas funciones relacionadas con su cargo y/o las tareas que le sean solicitadas por el Sous Chef y Subdirector de Alimentos y Bebidas
